Domain Registration - Support

Who do you register domains for?
Domain registration is a service we provide to our web project clients. To be eligible for this service you must be under contract with Idaho Technology Limited.
What do you charge for domain registration?
We charge £20 for .uk domains for 2 years. We charge £20 for all other domains for 1 year.
What do you charge for domain name maintenance?
We only charge for domain registration and renewal. There is no charge to host a domain on our DNS servers or for other kinds of maintenance. There is no cost to accept a .uk domain transferred to us, or to transfer a .uk domain away. If we incurr a cost in transferring any other type of domain we will pass this onto you.
How do we request a domain registration from you?
In order to request a domain registration you should contact your dedicated account manager. To speak to your account manager call us on +44 (0)161 736 9777.
How quickly will you register the domain?
We aim to action all domain registration requests within 1 working day.
What happens when a domain is due for renewal?
A month before a domain name is due for renewal we will contact you asking if you would like us to renew the domain name on your behalf, and to confirm our charges. Once the domain name has been renewed we will invoice you.
What kind of customer service do you provide?
As an Idaho client you have direct access to your account manager, developers and a dedicated support member of staff. Standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. There is no cost for domain-related customer service.
What is your complaints procedure?
If you would like to log a complaint you should request to speak to a director. You will then be asked to confirm your complaint in writing, via email. We will then respond within 5 working days.
